Zoning Board of Appeals members must be a resident of Atlanta.

Meeting called to order by Chairman Dale Colaw at 6:30p.m.
Roll Call: Colaw, Parks, Blankenship and Gordon were present. Bicknell, Padilla and Boudeman were absent.
Review Residential Ordinance:
Colaw asked for comments about the last ordinance change the committee made to change building setbacks to 20ft. from 25ft. which the council passed. No comments to committee members had been made.
Review Sign Regulations:
Colaw asked committee members to review the Zoning Codes to see if discussion might be needed in the future.
Blankenship reported on two changes the Logan County Planning Commission is checking on. The first was Tiny House regulations and the second was ASHI Building Standards.
Colaw said the Atlanta committee should be open to these new areas. Blankenship said he will e-mail the proposed ordinances to Colaw and he will notify committee members when they can pick up copies to be discussed at next Planning Commission Quarterly meeting.
Motion by Blankenship to adjourn, second by Gordon.
