2021 Consumer Confidence Report

In accordance with the US Environmental Agency (EPA) Safe Drinking Water Act, the City of Atlanta is providing citizens with the 2021 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) at the link above. Hard copies of this report were also hand-delivered to every residence between June 22 and July 1, 2022. Additionally, copies of the report are also available upon request from the Atlanta City Hall during regular office hours.

You will see in the report that in 2021, the Atlanta Water & Sewer Department detected 12 contaminants in the drinking water, but only one was above the EPA accepted level for drinking water. As soon as the violation was identified, action was taken to correct the problem and return the contaminants to safe levels.
